Upcoming Program: Spring 2019, Feb 2 - Apr 27
Upcoming Program: Summer 2019, mid June- August
*Please note that program dates are subject to change up to 90 days before the start of the program
For this 8-week (summer) or 12-week (semester) program, you’ll work full-time alongside CEOs, CMOs, and CTOs to build real solutions to real problems. Your days won’t consist of coffee runs and making copies. Instead, you might build a supply chain for a surfing startup in Sydney, a go-to-market strategy for a Santiago eCommerce site, or a new algorithm for a FinTech startup in Hong Kong.
You’ll live like a local, both personally and professionally. During our weekly on-site professional development programming, you’ll build a global network. Forget the touristy vacation experience—our fellows feel connected with and immersed in the local culture.
Sage Corps is more than just an internship. Here’s what our summer and semester entrepreneurship programs look like:
1. PRE-DEPARTURE MODULES
Before you leave, you’ll complete an online curriculum designed to prepare you for a comprehensive professional experience. The curriculum is personalized to each student, but may include courses such as: professional networking, industry workshops (sales, analytics, marketing, design etc.), self-assessment, and cultural preparations.
2. ON-SITE ORIENTATION
Upon arrival in your program city, you’ll attend a two-day orientation designed to acquaint you with your new home and prepare you to make the most out of your internship. A sample orientation schedule might look something like this:
3. INTERNSHIP AT A GLOBAL STARTUP
Our team of expert careers professionals matches you to an internship with a premiere startup based on your skills, background, and goals. The best part: ALL MAJORS ARE WELCOME! Startups cover all industries, such as education, sustainability, finance, retail, travel, and food, among others.
4. WEEKLY EVENT PROGRAMMING
Each week, you’ll attend a professional event with your cohort and city manager. Events can range from panel discussions to company visits to pitch events. We also organize some cohort dinners and a cultural excursion.
