- Food & Beverage
Working with a startup, you get unique opportunities to make a contribution to a company and see the impact. As a Sage Corps Fellow, you get access to CEOs, CTOs, and CMOs. You can't hide. You are expected to build solutions to problems the startup identifies. This intensive and immersive work environment, coupled with weekly professional programming that our team facilitates, offers unparalleled global experience. Students return home with strong substantive skills, an international network, and a deeper appreciation of foreign cultures.
HOW DO WE FIND STARTUPS?
We connect with startups through multiple channels - outreach through our network of startup hubs, word of mouth, previous partnerships, etc. We look for companies that are going to provide meaningful and challenging work for our Fellows, mentorship, and access to a passionate team that is positioned to scale from its seed stage.
INTERESTED IN BECOMING A HOST STARTUP?
We are entrepreneurs ourselves and know that it doesn't just take one specific skill to build a business. We know that everyone must wear multiple hats, constantly generate results and be able to move quickly. We screen our applicants with this experience in mind and only accept top talent (typically 5-10% of total applicants) that will thrive in a startup environment.
As a highly selective program, we send our students to work with the most exciting startups in the world. Click here to view some brief information about the Sage Corps Program and a couple of testimonials from other startups.
