Delaney is a business major at The Ohio State University’s Fisher School of Business. She participated in the Start! Startup Consulting Program in Berlin this past May. Her group worked primarily on identifying key market gaps within the biomass fermentation sector.

Sophia is a communications major at the University of California – Los Angeles. She completed a marketing internship with MiAltar in Lisbon in the summer of 2025. She dove into creative work such as writing blogs, drafting emails, and supporting social media campaigns, as well as leadership opportunities like running meetings and contributing ideas to projects.

Romano is an entrepreneurship & finance major at Loyola Marymount University. He completed a sales and business development internship with ASE Athletics in Madrid in the summer of 2025. Romano dove into competitor research, identifying potential partners and investors, and building a detailed financial projection, including ROI and payback period, for a new project.

Valeria is an economics major at University of Michigan – Ann Arbor. She completed a sales and business development internship with Deepfile in Berlin in the summer of 2025. Her role focused on market research and outreach, which included learning about potential customer segments, identifying industries where Deepfile’s product could have the most impact, and reaching out to prospective clients.

Ben is a marketing major at the University of Colorado – Boulder. He completed a marketing internship with Rother & Williams The Impact Company GbR in Berlin in the summer of 2025. He worked on creative projects including podcast production, content writing, and managing social media campaigns, along with leadership experiences such as collaborating with executives on DEI initiatives and sharing strategic ideas for ongoing projects.

Haley is a marketing and business analytics major at the University of Colorado – Boulder. She completed a sales & business development internship with Bloom & Wolf in Amsterdam in the summer of 2025. She mostly worked with the marketing and operations head, focusing on the company’s website, influencer marketing, and supporting warehouse management.
Zaira Gell

Zaira is a information systems; tourism, hospitality, and event management (dual degree) major at the University of Florida. She completed a data analytics and UX/UI internship with POiN in Madrid in the summer of 2025. Zaira worked closely with the founder on product and data-driven initiatives, focusing on UX/UI and competitor research as well as website enhancement.

Lily is a statistics major at Harvard. She completed a data analytics internship with RespiQ in Amsterdam in the summer of 2025. Her role focused on one long project over the two months, where she built an autoencoder for the company.
Matt Cole

Matt is a marketing major at the University of Illinois – Urbana-Champaign. He completed a marketing internship with Impact Hub in Berlin in the summer of 2025. His role responsibilities included auditing website content, analyzing existing lead data, testing outreach campaigns, and researching industry positioning opportunities.

Talia is an economics and mathematics major from the Washington University in St. Louis. She completed a data analytics internship with Reclaim in Barcelona in the summer of 2025. Her role focused on data analytics, but she also got the opportunity to work with the finance department on a pricing strategy and help the marketing team with graphics and partnerships.

Sarah is an advertising major at the University of Illinois – Urbana Champaign. She completed a marketing internship with e-investing in Paris in the summer of 2025. Her role focused on content creation for the company’s online presence: from writing 40+ articles for the website, to creating graphics and compiling photos to enhance their website.
Chen Chen
University: University of Wisconsin-Madison

Chen is a data science major at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She completed a data analytics internship with Codam in Amsterdam in the summer of 2025. In her role, she had the opportunity to explore the entire process of working with data, from extracting data from APIs to building models and presenting results clearly and concisely. One of her highlights was developing her own prediction model as an independent project.

Gus is a business major at the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor. He completed a sales and business development internship with SEN Peoplepulse Analytix UG in Berlin in the summer of 2025. He worked on a project titled “Skill Gaps & Strategic Upskilling Framework,” conducting research on evolving industry demands and helping design an AI-powered system to map competencies, identify gaps, and recommend tailored upskilling pathways.
Angie Mohamed
University: New York University

Angie is a mechanical engineering major at NYU. She completed a data analytics internship with FlamAid in Barcelona in the summer of 2025. The CEO customized the internship to fit both the company’s priorities and her skills, allowing her to take on a variety of meaningful projects. She created detailed CAD renderings, reviewed firmware, tested hardware, and even began developing a ChatBot, gaining hands-on experience across multiple aspects of the company’s operations.
