Sage Corps' programs offer a unique opportunity to gain unparalleled professional experience in an international setting, all within a cost structure that is actually less than traditional college abroad programs.

  • Housing: All program fees include housing that Sage Corps can organize for students. Students may opt out of housing with notice to Sage Corps at least 60 days before the program start.

  • Medical Insurance: All students in our international programs are covered by medical insurance.

  • Academic Credit: All students are eligible to receive at least 3 academic credits that are awarded by our academic partner, Trinity. Please note that we will bill students an additional $500 enrollment and registration fee on Trinity’s behalf. Fellows will receive a transcript and pending pre-approval from their home university, may transfer the credits. Fellows may also enroll in an online course for an additional fee.

  • Local Events & Support: Sage Corps has two staff in each program city that provide: 1) health/safety support; and 2) weekly professional and cultural events.

  • Administration: Our HQ team in Chicago works hard to ensure all Sage Corps fellows are matched with excellent startups, have the best available housing, and are provided an exceptional experience while abroad.

  • Pre-Departure Curriculum: Once students enroll in the program, they complete online modules that help them build hard skills specific to their internship role, but also gain key professional skills like networking and resume development.



INITIAL PAYMENT: $1,000 (guarantees your placement in the program, gives you access to exclusive pre-departure curriculum and resources) due within 14 days of receipt of offer

FINAL PAYMENT: the balance of the program fee ($2,749) is due 60 days prior to program start date


INITIAL PAYMENT: $1,000 (same as 2 week program)

HOUSING & INSURANCE PAYMENT: estimated $2,000 due 60 days prior to program start date

FINAL PAYMENT: The remaining balance after the initial payment and housing are deducted (this differs for all cities) is due 30 days prior to program start date

Program prices vary based on a variety of factors, such as housing type (dorm/student residence, homestay, or shared apartment), program duration, and other customizations.

Please note that the costs for airfare, most meals, and immigration sponsorship (visas, if required) are not included in our baseline pricing.

Many of our Fellows receive grants, scholarships, or other financial support from their home university to cover at least a portion of the costs associated with living abroad. You should check with your home university as well as any private local foundations and government initiatives in your home city/country to explore.
