WHO IS GENERATION G?

Less than 2% of college students go abroad. Even fewer get international work experience. In a rapidly globalizing and competitive job market, most new graduates are unprepared to meet the demand for talent.

Generation G is the elite group of young professionals who will enter the workforce with the global fluency they need to be successful. Talent alone isn’t enough; at Sage Corps, we’re building this generation through experiential learning and skill development.

Going abroad isn’t just an extracurricular anymore. It’s a prerequisite for life.

“Having worked abroad, you’re among a select few that understand business in other markets and how to work across cultures. This is ever more important in today’s workforce.”

HOW DO WE DO IT?

Sage Corps' selective application and matching process connects students to impactful professional experiences across the globe. Our semester and summer programs place Fellows in an internship at a global startup, where they receive prime opportunities for hands-on learning and problem solving. Our short-term Start! Program offers Fellows a micro-internship where they consult in teams for an international startup.

"We got to visit and speak with people from a top VC firm, the NDRC, and the Google office. On top of that, the quality of startups that Sage Corps is partnered with there are the best of the best. Sage Corps is an amazing program and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone."
